This was my daughter's first piercing! They made the experience absolutely perfect! From walking in to the piercing to the conversation afterwards, just great people! Went to mad house for a piercing and one of the best experiences. When coming into the shop the woman who greeted us was so kind and welcoming. James did such a great job explaining everything. He really was so thoughtful and really made sure I understood each step. That extra step really made this experience so much better. Im so happy to have found a local shop that I can come back to and recommend to my friends. 10/10

I'm basically the poster child for this awesome spot that's all about piercings, tattoos, and freaky Friday the 13th events. Every time I swing by, the vibe is always on point and the staff is ridiculously friendly. James is the piercing master, and Audy's a tattoo ninja - I mean, the guy nailed a super tricky design I asked for. Guess I've found my new happy place!

My friend and I came here to get a couple of piercings. I just wanted to say that I was really impressed with how kind and helpful everyone was. James the piercer wasn't there when we arrived but they got him on the phone and he got there asap to help us out. He was also very kind and professional and he did a really great job on our piercings! Thank you all again!

Amazing!!!! Loved it. Best tattoo experience. I went for the Friday the 13th $20 deal. We were close to midnight and the artists were still on point after going and going for hours! You know they were exhausted but they were still so kind and smiles. I wish I would've asked her name but my artist was the lady. My daughter was gonna have her do hers but the guy was up for her turn and we were tired so she went to him. He also did an amazing job on her Chucky. I highly recommend them.
